.. we offer you in our restaurant from 6 p.m. on. Awaiting you is a menu packed full of regional specialities. Our chef always has a selection of seasonally blended dishes ready to surprise our guests with.

When selecting the ingredients for our food, we attach great importance to quality. Which is why we obtain them from selected, mostly local producers.

In our dishes we use exclusively meat from Schwäbisch-Hall pigs, which has meanwhile become a byword for quality outside the borders of Baden-Württemberg. We obtain it – like our beef and our sausage and ham products – from the Schwäbisch-Hall Farm Producers Association.

Turkey meat and sausages are obtained solely from the Bentz Turkey Farm in Kirchardt, where the turkeys are raised free-range on natural feed.

Sausages and cold meat are supplied by Metzgerei Geiwiz in Heilbronn. The magazine “Der Feinschmecker” (“the gourmet”) was voted one of the best 500 butchers in Germany.

Our cheese is supplied by the Geifertshofen Village Cheesery in Bühlerzell, which produces its cheese on ecological principles.

Our cereals are obtained from Spielberger Mühle in Brackenheim-Meimsheim, potatoes from Haaghof in Hardthausen and eggs from Geflügelhof Föll in Großbottwar.

We use only bio-herbs and seasonings.

Flavour enhancers have no place in our kitchen!
